12. Google API Services and Connected Accounts
YelloPost operates internal reporting and account-management tools (the "YelloPost app") that connect to Google services on behalf of YelloPost staff and clients who authorize them through Google sign-in. Depending on what a user authorizes, the app may access data from Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager and Google Local Services Ads for the specific accounts that user has chosen to connect.
We use this data only to provide our services to the client who owns the account: producing performance reports, managing advertising campaigns, keeping business listings accurate, publishing posts and replying to reviews at the client's request, and diagnosing tracking problems. We do not sell Google user data, we do not use it to build advertising profiles, we do not use it to train artificial-intelligence models, and we do not share it with anyone other than the client whose account it is and the service providers that host our systems under contract.
Google user data is stored on servers controlled by YelloPost, encrypted in transit, and reachable only by YelloPost staff who need it to do their work. It is kept for as long as the account stays connected and is deleted within 30 days after a connection is removed or a deletion request is received.
YelloPost's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can remove the app's access at any time from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by emailing yello@yellopost.com, and we will delete the related data as described above.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
